v. good bistro where "since 2000" is like a sort of "no sh*t" moment 'cause the façade is GLASS BLOCKS <3 and the interiors have a heavy use of RED. i.e. the décor is RIGHT. always a sort of jovial vibe (crucial!), always an assortment of Paris-cool wait staff (bonus!), et cetera.
